Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a wildlife conservancy located in Laikipia County, Kenya. It spans over 360 square kilometers and is home to a variety of African wildlife, including the “Big Five” game animals (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino).
The conservancy is well known for its conservation efforts, including the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, a chimpanzee sanctuary, and a program to protect the endangered Gravy’s zebra. Visitors can go on game drives to see the wildlife, as well as visit the various animal sanctuaries and learn about the conservation efforts.
In addition to wildlife viewing, Ol Pejeta Conservancy offers a range of activities for visitors, including guided walks, horse riding, night game drives, and even a visit to a local Maasai village.
